Turn the robot on for J-Link mode, off for UART mode. Both modes charge the battery.
Jumper override if Normal Mode fails, for example, if green mode-led blinks and isn't solid.
Normal mode, jumper on 2 left pins. Robot power switch controls J-Link or UART mode.
Jumper on 2 right pins. J-Link mode. Robot must be switched on.
Jumper off. In UART mode. Robot must be switched off.
